At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and at least 90% full to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for the return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your fragrance to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Store Credit

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange via email within 5-7 business days.
